I've over a decade of experience providing successful HR services and support in the Nelson Tasman region covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. My clients range in size from sole traders to 2,500+ employees representing a wide variety of industries including local government, government, not-for-profit, health, science, trade and professional services.
I’m particularly interested in what motivates people in the workplace, and how this motivation (or lack of!) contributes to their behaviour and ultimately their performance. Understanding people’s motivation is vital to successfully recruiting and managing people.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and a BSc in Genetics. I pride myself on my ability to provide practical HR support and build strong relationships across all levels of your business. I am known for my friendly, pragmatic approach.
When I’m not helping you and your business, you will find me on my lifestyle block. Lambing is my favourite time of year!
